Win Shares Sample

 

Win Shares are a calculation of the number of wins a player contributed to his team. We credit each team with three Win Shares for each win.  If a team wins 100 games, the players on that team will be credited with 300 Win Shares, according to their contributions at bat, on the mound and in the field.  The quality of a team does not affect an individual player's Win Shares.
