Billing update

Hey there!
 
If your account came up for renewal sometime between October 16th and today, a bug in our payment processing system may have prevented you from renewing successfully, which would have led to your account lapsing and expiring. Starting tomorrow, we'll be processing payment for those accounts and extending them 3 months or 1 year (whatever your account is set to) from tomorrow. You won't be charged for the last few weeks. 
 
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. It's an unintended effect from the site maintenance we conducted over the fall and this is hopefully the last of them. If you have any questions or concerns, please email support@billjamesonline.com.
